    Instructions:
  1. Use the AANS number from the last year that the applicant was a member. Insert "New" for if this is the applicant's first year with the AANS, or "Ukn" if the number has been lost or forgotten.
  2. Valid values for disability are blank, ARST, ARW1, and ARW2, as defined in the FCA rulebook.
  3. Print and mail this completed application to:

    Notes:
  1. Fees are for membership with the Archer�s Association of Nova Scotia (AANS) and the Federation of Canadian Archers (FCA).
  2. FCA membership includes $5,000,000.00 liability insurance.
  3. Membership is for the calendar year. Memberships granted from Sept 1 through Dec 31, are for the remainder of the current year, and the following year.
