Notes:

The FCA requires each club to have the minimum of one (club level judge, or range safety officer), AND
(one trained entry level coach, or IBEP Instructor, or a second range safety officer) by 2008.
The AANS maintains a list of members with these certifications, and will initiate contact upon request.
